Damian Brodzinski

Damian Brodzinski holds a Licentiate in Law (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, 2008 – with distinction). He has been working at Monard Law since October 2008 and is an active member of the Limburg Bar.

Throughout the years, Damian has always specialized in business law, company law, with a particular focus on conflict management. Damian assists clients from A to Z in judicial proceedings and out-of-court litigations.

You can therefore find him at court and also presiding at the mediation table as counsel or mediator. Damian is a trained and accredited mediator in business matters after all.

In addition, Damian is a genuine legal business partner for his clients: he supports various SMEs in negotiations and preparation of all kinds of commercial contracts. He also advises them on business law topics (trade secrets, trade intermediaries, service contracts, liquidation, acquisitions, etc.). He has experience and far-reaching interest in multi-jurisdiction and innovative legal tech/digital trends (e.g., digital contract management, smart contracting, etc.).

Finally, as a Polish native speaker, Damian is the driving force behind Monard Law’s Polish Desk.
