Lawyer – Senior Associate
Pierre-Alexandre Fassin obtained his Master of Laws degree with high honors (magna cum laude) at the University of Ghent (Ugent) and an LL.M at the University of Pennsylvania, with a specialization in financial law and investment products, complemented by extensive studies in corporate finance at the Wharton Business School.
During his studies at Ugent, he also obtained a certificate of study in international law at the American University Wasington during an exchange program of 5 months.
He started his activities at the Brussels Bar in 2014 and has worked for several international law firms before joining Buyle Legal. Specialized in banking and financial law as well as in corporate law, he regularly assists Belgian and foreign companies in matters relating to Belgian and European banking and financial law both in advisory and litigation matters.
His training and his contacts with companies also lead him to handle insolvency cases, whether in a litigation context or with a view to judicial reorganizations.
Pierre-Alexandre Fassin is also a director of the association of parish works of Brussels, where he assists in financial advice.
