Eline Alders focuses on company law, medical law, and commercial law.
She joined Monard Law’s corporate team in 2015. Eline advises clients on all aspects of company law and has worked on various M&A projects and cross-border corporate litigations. She is experienced in negotiating and drafting different types of contracts relating to corporate deals, joint-ventures, technology transfers, etc. Eline is passionate about the healthcare sector and gives specialized advice to all types of stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Eline was also active in the role as general counsel to an international IT company as part of Monard Law’s in-house counsel service offering.
Eline obtained her law degree (with distinction) from KU Leuven in 2015. Before enrolling in law school, Eline obtained a bachelor’s degree in applied economic sciences (with distinction) and a master’s degree in economics, law, and business administration (high distinction) from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at KU Leuven. As part of her economics programme, she also completed a semester in France at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. While practicing as a lawyer, Eline also completed a postgraduate course (with distinction) in health law and medical ethics at the University of Antwerp.
Eline is a guest lecturer at UCLL and is a regular speaker at seminars that feature company law topics.
