Ward assists companies and entrepreneurs in their day-to-day, fundraising and transactional activities with a focus on M&A, private equity and venture capital, including any tax matters related to these activities.
Ward obtained his Master of Laws at the University of Leuven (KUL) in 2018. In 2019 he obtained an additional Master of Taxation at the University of Leuven (KUL) and became a member of the Brussels Bar.
Ward joined Monard Law in 2024.
