Natalie is specialized in corporate law (with a focus on mergers and acquisitions), commercial law and energy law.

Natalie has been associated with a number of international firms (in both Belgium and the United States) and has a wide-ranging experience in (international) transactions and complex contract negotiations. In particular, she has worked on a number of acquisitions and reorganizations in the energy and telecoms sectors. She assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements. In addition, she deals with many cases in energy law, including in the context of heating grids and grid operation.

Natalie graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven in 1989 and that same year enrolled at the Brussels bar. In the course of her law studies, she studied one semester at the University of Poitiers in France as part of the Erasmus Program. During the academic year 1991-1992, she took a Master of Laws at Duke University in the USA. In 1992, she was made a member of the New York bar, followed by several years of professional experience in the United States. She followed a training as mediator. After a number of years of professional experience in Brussels, she joined Monard Law as a partner in 2007.

She regularly gives lectures in the context of seminars, including on the Companies and Associations Code.
