Jasmina Sadek is a senior associate specialising in real estate and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
Jasmina obtained her Master’s degree from Ghent University. In 2016, she completed an additional Master after Master in Company Law at the University of Antwerp, and in 2017 she completed the postgraduate programme Young Professionals in Real Estate at KU Leuven.
In 2025, she participated in the Women in Law and Leadership programme.
Jasmina provides expert assistance and advice to companies, (international) organisations and public authorities on developing of their projects in a legally sound and sustainable way. She guides clients through a wide range of real estate matters and supports them in applying regulations in a practical manner.
Her expertise includes, among other things, advising on and assisting with real estate transactions, the establishment of rights in rem, co-ownership matters, drafting and negotiating lease agreements, as well as handling disputes before the civil courts and in arbitration.
In addition, Jasmina has valuable experience as a legal counsel within the PPP programme Scholen van Morgen, where she gained in-depth insight into the legal and practical challenges of large-scale construction and renovation projects.
Jasmina has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2016 and has been practising at Monard Law ever since.
