Michael Vloeberghs specializes in real estate and construction law and is a member of the property law team at the firm. Michael assists national and international companies, government authorities, and individuals in disputes brought before a court, in negotiations, in advising, and in drafting contracts.
Clients perceive him as a very dedicated, dynamic, proactive, and experienced lawyer with a very high level of comprehension, determination, and a thorough knowledge of the case file.
Michael holds a Master of Laws (KU Leuven, 2011) and a master’s degree in notarial law (KU Leuven, 2012). In 2017, he completed an additional post-graduate programme on real estate law.
As part of the Erasmus programme, Michael spent 5 months studying at the University of Montpellier, France.
Michael is director of the Limburg youth chamber of commerce (Jong Voka Limburg) and was an assistant in judicial procedural law at KU Leuven.
Michael contributes regularly to legal journals and often organizes seminars on real estate and construction topics
