Benjamin Descamps focusses on public economic law and gained specific expertise in public procurement, concessions and state aid. In these matters he assists public entities as well as private companies. Over the years he also developed expertise in the domain of environmental law.
In both areas of law, he represents clients in contentious procedures before all types of courts such as the Council of State, the Council for Permit Disputes, the Constitutional Court and the civil courts.
Benjamin is the author of various publications on his areas of expertise. He is also a legal scholar and researcher at Ghent University.
Benjamin joined Monard Law in 2025.
