Jade Claessens focuses on commercial law and contractual disputes, with a particular interest in privacy, data protection, intellectual property law, and IT law.
In 2024, she obtained her Master of Laws from KU Leuven. She is currently completing a postgraduate Master in Intellectual Property and ICT Law at KU Leuven, alongside her legal traineeship.
During her studies, Jade gained practical experience through various summer internships and international training programs within her areas of interest.
Since September 2025, Jade has been a member of the Limburg Bar and works at Monard Law in Hasselt, under the supervision of Kristof Zadora.
