Louise is active in these specializations
With a background in real estate and corporate law, Louise specializes in advising both Belgian and international clients. Her expertise covers all aspects of real estate transactions, from legal due diligence to negotiations and structuring. Additionally, she has experience in private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border restructurings. Louise earned her LL.M. from USC Gould School of Law, where she was recognized as a Dean’s List scholar and a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. She also holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in law from KU Leuven. Louise is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
