Monard Law represented at the AIJA M&A fall seminar in Lisbon (Portugal) October 2019
AIJA (https://www.aija.org/en/event-detail/421) is the only global career-building association devoted to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under.
This year the Corporate-M&A and Labour law and immigration commission joined forces. More than 200 lawyers and international legal professionals from over 20 jurisdictions gathered in Lisbon to discuss actual trends and focus on topics to enhance multi-disciplinary cooperation between corporate and employment lawyers.
Pieter Van den Broeck, member of the AIJA Executive Committeeand M&A partner at MonardLaw, represented our firm last month at the M&A Fall seminar organised by the international association of young lawyers (AIJA) in Lisbon.
Pieter moderated – together with other experienced M&A and labour lawyers – a Joint M&A/Labour interactive session focusing on enhancing the co-operation between M&A and Labour lawyers.
