Yasmina Elbi has been part of Monard Law since September 2018 and is since enrolled at the Limburg Bar.
Yasmina specializes in company law and financial law, as well as commercial law. She works on a variety of matters, with a particular focus on complex corporate and financial disputes.
She graduated from KU Leuven in 2018, after obtaining her bachelor’s degree at the University of Hasselt. During her Master course, she participated in the European School-programme at the University of Maastricht, as part of the Erasmus programme.
Since 2021, she has been pursuing an advanced degree ‘Droit bancaire et financier’ at the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve to gain further experience and a deeper insight in financial law.
