Maxine Daems

Maxine is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and M&A practice. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate restructurings. She assists clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from due diligence exercises to the drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation. In addition, she regularly advises on general corporate law matters.

Maxine graduated from KU Leuven in 2019 with a Master of Laws. In 2020, she obtained a European Master in Law and Economics.

Maxine began her career at the Brussels Bar in 2020 and joined Monard Law in 2026.

She has authored several contributions to the article-by-article commentary on the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations (Wetboek van Vennootschappen en Verenigingen / Code des sociétés et des associations) and has been a speaker at both internal and external seminars.
