Pieter-Jan Bex

Pieter-Jan Bex practices company law in general but has particular focus on venture capital and M&A. He advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, investments, and similar types of transactions.

Pieter-Jan obtained a master’s degree in economics, law, and business administration from KU Leuven in 2020, with distinction. During his studies, he focused mainly on strategy, innovation, and company law. With a strong foundation in the subjects of law and economics, Pieter-Jan then pursued an abbreviated master’s degree in law at KU Leuven and graduated with distinction in 2021.

He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2021.
