Sofie Souvereyns focuses on commercial law and insolvency law, including matters relating to judicial reorganization.
She studied law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and graduated in 2009.
Thereafter, she obtained an Advanced Master’s Degree in Company Law from the University of Antwerp, and she completed the training for bankruptcy administrators and liquidators, and financial analysis of companies.
Sofie is a member of the Tongeren Bar since 2009 and Leuven Bar since 2010. She joined Monard Law in 2017.
