Leen Vandecruys in the news
Leen Vandecruys is the CEO van Monard Law. She is an experienced legal professional with a lot of financial and governance expertise.
Leen has built up an extensive and impressive track record, having held positions such as Head of General & Corporate Legal Affairs at ING Belgium and General Counsel at Delen Private Bank. She also worked for BNP Paribas Fortis and Saxo Bank in the past.
As part of her career, she has also held various director mandates in prominent organizations. These include her current role as member of the governing body of the Truncus family’s office, the Chamber of Commerce of Antwerp-Waasland (Voka – Kamer van Koophandel Antwerpen-Waasland), and Thomas More College.
Besides her professional career, Leen is also actively involved in cultural and judicial institutions. She chairs the board of directors of The Royal Theatre of La Monnaie/De Munt opera company and is a justice at the Business Court of Antwerp, presiding over business matters.
Leen obtained a Master of Laws and studied Business Economics at KU Leuven. She later completed an executive course at Guberna & Febelfin-Academy and a personal development programme at INSEAD business school.
