Lize Van Looy

Lize Van Looy focuses on company law in general. She advises clients on investments, mergers and acquisitions, and similar types of transactions.

Lize understands start-ups and scale-ups very well. Besides takeovers, she focuses on specific and venture capital transactions. Her special expertise in these types of matters lies in setting up structures involving employees’ participation interests and management incentive plans.

She obtained a Master of Law Degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 2017. In the same year, she became a member of the Antwerp Bar. Afterwards, she obtained an Advanced Master’s Degree in Company Law from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Lize joined Monard Law in 2019.
