Karolien De Vleeschauwer is a Paralegal at Monard Law.
Karolien joined Monard Law in January 2025 as a Paralegal. She supports several lawyers and practice groups in the legal follow-up of case files. Her responsibilities include preparing minutes, handling publications in the Belgian Official Gazette, managing UBO formalities and assisting with the incorporation of partnerships and other entities. She also supports colleagues with legal research and a wide range of administrative formalities.
Karolien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management – Media & Event Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Law. She is currently combining her role at Monard Law with a Master’s degree in Law.
Karolien was drawn to Monard Law by the drive and expertise of her colleagues and the opportunity to keep learning every day. Outside work and her studies, she enjoys spending time with her maltipoo Charlie, exploring creative hobbies and listening to true crime podcasts or documentaries.
