Thomas Ramaekers specializes in corporate law and assists clients in their day-to-day, fundraising and transactional activities with a focus on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and equity incentive schemes.
Thomas is a graduate of the University of Leuven (KUL) and became a member of the Brussels Bar in 2019. In 2021 he obtained an additional master degree in corporate law at the Univerity of Leuven (KUL).
Thomas joined Monard Law in 2022.
