Elise Reyns assists the firm’s clients in both advisory and procedural matters. Her expertise focuses on employment and social security law on the one hand, and international public law and diplomatic relations on the other.
She has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2023. Before joining Monard Law, she worked for two years at Linklaters Brussels in the Employment & Incentives department, where she gained experience in various aspects of employment law, including collective and individual dismissals, international mobility, international workforce restructurings, and employment of executives.
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from KU Leuven and Saint-Louis University Brussels in 2021, and completed her Master’s in Law at UC Louvain in 2023.
She handles cases in Dutch, French and English.
