Olivier Piret-Gérard

Olivier Piret-Gérard holds a master’s degree in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2013) as well as an additional master’s degree in international business law from the same institution (2014).

Olivier is a member of the French Bar Association of Brussels since September 2014. He mainly deals with banking and financial matters and assists his clients, both in advice and litigation in these matters.

He is an assistant lecturer at ULB in Introduction to Civil Law, as well as in International Business Law.

He won the Janson Prize in 2017, which is awarded to the best young litigator of the Brussels Bar.
