Hilde Van den Keybus

Hilde Van den Keybus advises clients on various types of tax matters (income tax, VAT, registration and inheritance tax, local taxes) and assists them in tax disputes at administrative and judicial levels. In addition, she relieves clients of their concerns by seeking rulings from the government department rendering advance rulings and from the Flemish Tax Department (Vlabel).

She has developed particular expertise in estate and inheritance planning and transfer of family businesses.

Hilde Van den Keybus is a Licentiate in Law (KU Leuven, 1987) and a graduate of fiscal sciences (Fiscale Hogeschool, Brussels, 1988). She has also studied German law at the University of Tübingen (Germany, 1990).

She was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1987 and started her career as a lawyer at the tax law firm Tournicourt-Vanistendael. In 1997, she joined Loyens. She has been a partner at Monard Law since 2003.

Hilde is a regular speaker on tax topics and on new developments concerning estate and inheritance planning.
