Emilie Jans works within the Property department at Monard Law and specializes in construction law and real estate law.
She provides legal support to companies, private individuals and public authorities through legal advice, drafting agreements – including commercial and residential lease contracts, purchase and sale agreements, constructions such as usufruct, leasehold and superficies, as well as construction contracts – and representing clients in legal disputes.
Emilie graduated in 2025 with a Master of Laws degree from KU Leuven and has been a member of the Limburg Bar since 2025.
