Lawyer - Junior Associate
Sarah Bos has been working at Monard Law as a Junior Associate since September 2025. She specializes in intellectual property law, but also advises clients on general commercial and economic law.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in law in Leiden and a shortened bachelor’s program at Ghent University, Sarah graduated magna cum laude with a master’s degree in law from the same university. Her interest in digital innovation was evident in her master’s thesis on the impact of Google on copyright law in both the United States and the European Union.
In 2025, she also completed an LL.M. in IP & ICT at KU Leuven with distinction. During this program, she focused on the intersection of technology and law, covering topics such as electronic contracts and the impact of digitization on intellectual property rights. For her research, Sarah delved into the sustainability of green brands within the European Union. At the same time, she gained practical experience as a part-time legal counsel at Monard Law.
Within Monard Law, Sarah mainly focuses on trademark and design law, media law, and commercial contracts.
