Nick Samyn actively handles corporate law and real estate law matters. He mainly advises clients on a broad range of transactions, from M&A to the creation of rights in rem on real property.
Before joining Monard Law in 2021, Nick worked at Argo Law in Antwerp and Ace Law in Brussels.
Nick obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp in 2014 and then completed a master class programme on real estate law in 2018 at Antwerp Management School.
He is a member of the Antwerp Bar.
