Betül Belkiran obtained her Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp in 2021, specialising in tax law. In 2024, she also completed an Advanced Master in Company Law at KU Leuven.
She has been a member of the Bar since 2021. Betül advises individuals and businesses on tax matters, tax disputes and restructurings. She has particular expertise in the tax aspects of mergers, demergers, contribution transactions and other reorganisations.
She assists clients in complex tax matters and proceedings, with a strong focus on pragmatic and client-oriented solutions.
