Lawyer - Junior Associate
Alizée Cordie works within Monard Law’s property department and specialises in and contracting law and real estate law.
She provides advice on concluding real estate transactions and drafting agreements such as commercial leases and residential leases, buy-sell, usufruct, long lease and superficies, building contracts, architects’ agreements, etc., among others. She also assists companies, individuals and public authorities in disputes in court and during negotiations.
Alizée graduated cum laude as Master of Laws at KU Leuven in 2021 and subsequently took the postgraduate course in Tax Law and Tax Practice at the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels. She has been a member of the Bar of Limburg since 2022.
As part of the Erasmus programme, Alizée studied for six months at the Université Sophia Antipolis in Nice.
Alizée is a practice assistant at the Research Group on Legal Methodology at KU Leuven.
