Legal advice for building the A400M hangar

Together with DEMOCO, the Belgian Ministry of Defense is building a new hangar for the eight new A400M transport aircrafts.

Monard Law advised the lender with the risk analysis, drafting credit and security contracts and assisted in negotiations with stakeholders.
