Mark Fransen is active in the construction and real estate department.
In 1993 he obtained his law degree at the Catholic University of Leuven. As part of the Erasmus Exchange Programme he studied for 5 months at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Mark was admitted to the bar of Tongeren in October 1993. He became a member of the bar of Hasselt in October 2013 and joined Monard Law at the same time.
