Dylan Verhulst

ylan Verhulst specialises in privacy and data protection (consultancy, compliance audits, external DPO services, conflict resolution and procedures, project compliance etc.) and IT/IP law, with a particular affinity for projects involving new technologies. In addition, Dylan focuses on commercial law.

He is a regular speaker on those topics, both externally (IBJ, Voka, Forum for the Future, NCOI, Confocus) and in-house training courses. He also regularly publishes articles and newsletters related to privacy and data protection.

Dylan graduated as a Master in Law from KU Leuven in 2019 and in 2020 he completed the Master-after-Master program in Law & Technology (cum laude) at Tilburg University (NL).

Dylan is a member of the Limburg Bar (Hasselt Division) and joined the Hasselt office of Monard Law in September 2020.
