You’ll get the chance to work for a broad range of clients, from promising and innovative start-ups to major companies (and family businesses) in from numerous sectors.

We promise that you will

• Handle matters from A to Z — because of the compact size of the team, you can be assigned more responsibilities
• Assist clients in their growth phases and projects, including due diligence and negotiation of acquisition and investment agreements
• Devise constructive, pragmatic solutions by thinking creatively and out of the box together with your client, giving him or her substantial added value
• Develop clear communication with clients and build fruitful relationship with them
• Play a part in building the future of Monard Law

Profile

• You hold a Master of Laws
• You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in corporate law
• You are entrepreneurial, highly driven, solution-oriented, and pragmatic
• You are thorough in your work
• You have a sense of humor and the ability to put things in perspective
• You understand the client well and ask questions proactively to underpin the needs of the client
• You have strong language skills (Dutch, English, French)
• You are keen on further developing your legal knowledge by writing articles for legal journals
