{"id":354,"date":"2021-06-28T07:31:43","date_gmt":"2021-06-28T07:31:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/monardlawbe.webhosting.be\/\/?page_id=354"},"modified":"2021-06-28T09:09:08","modified_gmt":"2021-06-28T09:09:08","slug":"identificatieplicht","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/monardlaw.be\/nl\/identificatieplicht\/","title":{"rendered":"Identificatieplicht"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bij toepassing van een Europese richtlijn aangenomen eind 2001, heeft de Belgische wet tot voorkoming van het gebruik van het financi\u00eble stelsel voor het witwassen van geld en de financiering van terrorisme sinds februari 2004 de identificatieplicht en de meldingsplicht van ongebruikelijke transacties uitgebreid tot dienstverlening door advocaten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Advocaten zijn sindsdien wettelijk verplicht, in bepaalde omstandigheden, hun cli\u00ebnten te identificeren en het bewijs ervan te bewaren.
