The independent Belgian law firm Monard-D’Hulst (www.monard-dhulst.be), with offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Hasselt, Ghent and Kortrijk, is pleased to announce the arrival of Benoit Samyn as Associate Partner Corporate Transactions (M&A) and PPP.

Benoit Samyn, 37, joins Monard-D’Hulst after more than 12 years’ experience with a large international law firm.

Benoit will conduct his activities mainly from the Brussels office.

After Bram Delmotte, Benoit is the second person to join the corporate department in Brussels in the last year.

Geert Hayen, member of the management of Monard-D’Hulst, has the following to say on the arrival of Benoit Samyn: “We are very pleased to have Benoit Samyn join our team. He will be a valuable asset in helping to expand our Brussels office, and his expertise will ensure that we have a top-notch specialist available in the PPP field for the Belgian market.
