Pieter Van den Broeck (Associate Partner Corporate – M&A Monard-D’Hulst) will be moderating a panel discussion at the next AIJA Corporate Acquisitions and JV Seminar that will take place in Rotterdam from 23-25 April 2015. The seminar will focus on fast-track M&A transactions from various angles.
