With the arrival of Pieter Van Den Berghe as a fiscal partner, Monard Law is continuing the further expansion of its fiscal team.

Pieter Van Den Berghe will be focusing on Corporation Tax. He helps companies and entrepreneurs to make the right choices based on a keen fiscal analysis. His result-oriented approach and his unique expertise regarding Innovation Income Deduction have helped him to build up a solid reputation. His appointment is a perfect complement to the practice of the other fiscal partners, Christiaan Barbier, Hilde Van Den Keybus and Frédéric Lettany, who have built up particular expertise concerning fiscal procedures, fiscal criminal law and estate planning.

Pieter Van Den Berghe will also be working closely with the M&A and Corporate Practice at Monard Law.

Pieter Van Den Berghe: “I believe in Monard Law’s no-nonsense approach. The complexity in the fiscal world has increased enormously in the past few years. Companies, entrepreneurs and accounting professionals are seeking a reliable partner who can develop smart solutions for explaining and managing fiscal risks.”

Karen Braeckmans, CEO of Monard Law: “We are very pleased with the arrival of Pieter Van Den Berghe. Monard Law is growing with a healthy mix of internal talent and external teams within the various specialisms. We believe that a client’s question does not end at the boundaries of one area of legal expertise, but that clients mainly benefit from a solution that considers all the legal aspects in an integrated manner.”
