Each year the Legal 500 publishes an overview of the best business law firms in each practice area and by jurisdiction. In the recently published 2017 EMEA guide, Monard Law is ranked in 12 practice areas. This includes a tier 1 ranking for our Fraud and White-collar Crime department. Other rankings include tier 3 for our Commercial, Corporate and M&A, Environment, Insolvency and Restructuring and Intellectual Property departments. The following departments were ranked in tier 4: Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Real Estate and Construction and Tax.
With regards to industry focus, we successfully improved our rankings with a first-time tier 3 ranking for both our Energy and Transport departments.
