Monard Law congratulates both Invale and BNP Paribas Fortis Belgium Private Equity with their investment in Stoffels. Stoffels is the largest independent producer of tomatoes in Belgium. This transaction will provide Stoffels with additional knowledge and means to fuel its new expansion phase and international growth strategy. Monard Law is proud to have acted as sole legal advisor for Invale, an Antwerp based investment company, and BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium, the risk capital company of BNP Paribas Fortis, with respect to their investment in Stoffels.
