France has been a lawyer since 1993 and has specialized in public and administrative law. France and her team join the public law team of Monard Law and will be working in Brussels and Antwerp. France will also work together with Benoit Samyn in public private partnership projects.

France has been a lawyer since 1993 and has specialized in public and administrative law. She has a large scope of expertise in public and administrative law. She is a specialist among others in the fields of public procurement and public service concession, urban law and owned public domains. She assists Belgian and international companies as well as public authorities during all phases of a project. In that context France has competences in advising her clients as well as before the courts.

France and her team join the public law team of Monard Law and will be working in Brussels and Antwerp. France will also work together with Benoit Samyn in public private partnership projects.

France graduated from “Université catholique de Louvain la neuve” (1992) and obtained an additional degree in economic law from vrije Universiteit Brussel (1993). In 2007 she obtained a training certification in cassation.
