She obtained an additional Master\u2019s Degree in EU law (cum laude) from the Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles in 2016. In the same year, Julie worked for four months at the Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office of the United Nations\u2019 International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague. As part of this work experience, Julie took part in the Trial Chamber\u2019s convicting of Radovan Karad\u017ei\u0107, former President of Republika Srpska and Supreme Commander of its armed forces, of genocide. Julie started her career as a lawyer by joining Monard Law in September 2016, where she is part of the criminal law and liability law departments. Since 2018, after she had obtained the Certificate for Special Training in Cassation Proceedings in Criminal Matters, she has been admitted to plead before the Court of Cassation in criminal law proceedings. In 2019, Julie gained additional hands-on training in providing assistance in interrogations after she completed a special training for lawyers on interrogations in criminal matters. In 2021, Julie pleaded for the first time before the Court of Assizes, where she achieved a successful outcome. Today, Julie combines her practical experience with an academic position at KU Leuven, where she works as a practice assistant in criminal and criminal procedure law under the supervision of Professor Panzavolta. &nbsp; Download Julie's cv here."}
