He advises companies on various restructurings, such as acquisitions, mergers and demergers. He also assists companies in general corporate law matters. Tijs obtained a Master of Laws degree from KU Leuven in 2020. As part of this, he studied for a semester at the Université de Bordeaux. He was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2020. During his law internship, he also obtained an additional master in company law with distinction at KU Leuven.
