She advises on acquisitions, partial demergers, joint ventures and shareholder structures, including in the healthcare and technology sectors, and advises hospitals and healthcare practitioners on association agreements and collaboration structures. As an M&A lawyer holding a postgraduate degree in health law and health ethics (University of Antwerp), she combines transactional strength with a thorough understanding of the sector in which her clients operate. She has also developed particular expertise in the regulation of medical software, the subject of her postgraduate thesis in health law. In 2023, Eline worked with the US law firm Holland & Knight in the United States, where she built a strong international practice and an extensive network. Today she regularly handles cross-border transactions. On behalf of Monard Law, she also served as in-house counsel to an international IT group, gaining hands-on business experience that continues to inform her advisory practice. Eline lectured in business and company law at UCLL and regularly speaks and publishes on investments in Belgium, the reform of the MDR and IVDR and the impact of AI regulation on digital health applications, including for the Institute for Company Lawyers (IBJ).
